Wednesday - Tai Chi ChuanYang style short form, Qigong(chi kung) and meditation to balance, strengthen, calm and relax the body and mind. The emphasis will be on building Qi (chi), improving health and understanding Tai Chi Chuan as an effective and practical way of self defense. Beginners welcome anytime.
