Infiniteway Qigong, Tai Chi, Bagua and meditation weekend courses![]() Saturdays 12-6pmHealing Qigong & Tai Chi for Inner & Outer HarmonyThe morning sessions give a chance to go deeper into Qigong and Meditation practise to clear sick Qi and cultivate internal energy. There will also be information given on how to develop internal forces using mind, body and breath for healing yourself and others. The day courses cover different aspects of the following areas of study; Daoyin exercises for different areas of the body Walking meditations Lying down Qigong for deep relaxation Spontaneous movement Qigong Qigong theory and how to practise Tai Chi form & theory Please bring blankets and a cushion for the lying and sitting exercises and some food for lunch Understanding Tai Chi, Bagua, Kung Fu & the The afternoon sessions will be for those interested in developing Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Bagua and other internal martial arts. There will be instruction on the deeper energetics and core principles contained in the forms and postures. There will also be partner work and applications for sensitivity and pushing hands skills. Weapons training is available for those who have moved beyond the basic level of practise. |
